How it works

EcoBrace combines energy efficiency data with DWP benefits and council tax bands and helps identifying ECO4/GBIS eligible properties. You can use the analyst to perform bulk search on a particular postcode district e.g. KT22, and the tool returns thousands of properties in one hit. You can then narrow down the results based on various filters e.g. Benefits Factor %, EPC bands, council tax bands, floor area, mains gas, fuel type (oil, gas, electric etc.). PRICING

• *You don't need to sign-up to do basic EPC searches with full postcode.

• **For premium plan missing EPC's' - you get 5,000 FREE full postcodes per month as part of the your plan, once you run out of your quota, its 0.05£ per postcode for missing EPC's. This only applies if you select missing EPC's in the filter. Normal bulk searches (without missing EPC's) are always free. For example, if you do a bulk search on KT22, which contains 1000 individual postcodes, it will cost you £50 (1000*£0.05=£50). You can minimise costs by applying filters like EPC band = (E,F,G, Missing) and Mains Gas = No, this will then reduce postcodes to around 75, and the cost will be just £3.75 (75*£0.05=£3.75). The app will give you a warning when you are low on credit and perform a search, so you will always be in control.

• ***For premium plan council tax bands - search with council tax bands consumes 3 credits per full postcode. For example, if you do a bulk search on TS22, which contains 200 individual postcodes, it will consume 200*3=600 credits from your monthly quota.

• Pro and Premium plans start with an unlimited free trial restricted to Derby, Liverpool and Birmingham postcodes for you to test the tool. Once you are ready to upgrade, we remove restrictions and you gain full access to the whole of England and Wales.
